I offer this prayer to you for the new year that I wrote in 2020. It’s a meditative prayer that I turn to to invoke feelings of safety and enoughness. Feel free to use your mobile device to record yourself reading this prayer aloud, and playback the recording whenever you need to.

Key’s Meditation Prayer

I am standing in my truth

I am grateful; I am whole

Gratitude flows through me

The hands that created the earth created me

I am peaceful, powerful, and protected

Like the ocean, the deeper I connect within, the more I connect with myself and the Universe

I am allowed to take up space

I am allowed to feel, I am allowed to speak

I have the power to overcome all obstacles that stand in the way of my greatness

I am enough

6. What aspects of your life bring you the most fulfillment, and how can you cultivate them?

7. Write down your perfect day. What’s keeping you from living your perfect day?
