ABOUT ME
I am a Chiron Guide™ who blends sound, meditation, ancient wisdom, metaphysical insights, and modern practices to create a transformative healing path. My approach fosters profound growth and renewal for both individuals and organizations. I offer meditation, sound healing, breathwork, writing, and spiritual coaching rooted in Chiron's transformative wisdom.
A former hip-hop journalist, I bring my storytelling expertise and creative background into my healing practice, merging expression with spiritual depth.
My spiritual journey began in my grandmother’s closet, where I connected with Spirit Guides, ancestors, and God. Raised in a religious household by teen parents, my faith was shaped by my Evangelist aunt’s devotion. After her passing, I discovered a Quran hidden beneath her bed, expanding my spiritual horizons and sparking my curiosity about diverse traditions.
Through experiences in Buddhist temples in Japan, Christian organizations in the Philippines, and alongside monks in Thailand, I learned the interconnectedness of wisdom across cultures. These encounters laid the foundation for guiding others to find balance and healing.
In my practice, I use Chiron's wisdom to help clients turn their pain into power, embracing the idea that our wounds can lead to profound growth. Today, I merge my experiences to create transformative spaces for individuals and organizations, unlocking inner wisdom and aligning with purpose.

Black Mystic Journal (formally known as Inner Garden Alchemy) was born from the depths of my notebooks, sticky notes, loose sheets of paper, and my old podcast, The Black Mystic Podcast. I’m glad to share my art with you: a fusion of diverse expressions and the flow of consciousness that yearned to be witnessed, felt, and heard.
Black Mystic Journal is a journey of self-discovery where I delve into the crossroads of spirituality, culture, consciousness, and my reflections and experiences. From ancestral wisdom to contemporary mysticism, I aim for us to explore life’s mysteries together—after all, who has life figured out anyway?
